This article has been retracted at the request of the authors and/or the Editor-in-Chief. Reason: This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. The authors have duplicated significant parts of a paper published in Fuzzy Set. Syst., 82 (1996) 307–317, doi:10.1016/ 0165-0114(95)00276-6. One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and we apologize to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process. ‘‘The Vehicle Routing Problem with Uncertain Demand at Nodes’’, plagiarised the paper ‘‘The Fuzzy Set Theory Approach to the Vehicle Routing Problem when Demand at Nodes is Uncertain’’ by Teodorovic and Pavkovic that appeared in 1996 in the journal Fuzzy Sets and Systems.
