The project is scheduled for completion in mid 2002 and will feature two 2.50 MW circulating fluidised bed coal-fired boilen. selective non-catalytic reduction. two circulating dry scrubbers with particulate collection equipment. a steam turbine generator and a lero discharge system design. Fuel will he delivered via ocean vessels to a docking facility.
