To the Editor. The similarity of this article to one I reported in the Journal only 2 years ago is evident, and the indication and retrieval method described are identical.' It is surprising to me that the references cited did not include my article, particularly since a computer search using the key words would have located this prior report. Meanwhile, I encourage the authors to continue using this technique, since I have absolute confidence in its effectiveness. Respectfully, R.
