The Society of Interventional Radiology is an accredited provider of continuing medical education through The ACCME, and is required to obtain signed disclosure statements from all presenters. Presenters who currently have, or have had within the previous 12 months, an affiliation or financial relationship with corporate organizations will disclose such relationships both orally and on their presentation slides during the individual presentation, or within the content of a poster presentation. In addition, in order to maintain high standards of professional integrity and ethics, SIR has requested that faculty fully disclose to their audiences any discussion of FDA off-label use. Presenters will be encouraged to include this information on their presentation slides. A list of those presenters who have nothing to disclose or have refused to provide disclosure information will be available on site, as well as the specifics of the full disclosure, which the presenters have indicated. SIR designates this educational activity for up to 41.55 CategolY I credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The American Medical Association has determined that physicians not licensed in the US who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA category 1 credit.
