Ingersoll Rand expands ARO pump production in China Ingersoll Rand has expanded its pump production capacity at its manufacturing facility in Guilin, China. The 317,000 sq ft facility is now building ARO EXP Series air-operated diaphragm pumps, as well as the existing PRO Series and Compact Series product lines. “Our strategy calls for us to triple ARO sales in the Asia Pacific

Pump Solutions Group buys Quattroflow Fluid Systems Dover Corp’s Pump Solutions Group (PSG) has acquired German pump manufacturer Quattroflow Fluid Systems GmbH & Co KG. Quattroflow’s positive displacement pumps incorporate a four piston-diaphragm technology with no mechanical seals that is driven by an eccentric shaft and motor. Quattroflow products primarily serve the pharmaceutical and biotech industries that

ITT invests in Brazilian pump facility ITT Corp has completed the upgrade and expansion of its pump manufacturing facility in Salto, Brazil. Along with increasing the plant’s overall efficiency, the upgrade and expansion allow ITT to better serve the oil and gas market through enhanced quality processes and test capabilities, as well as expanded product lines including API-certified overhung and between bearing pumps. The facility also offers additional slurry valves and pumps for mining customers. “Brazil and Latin America are important markets for ITT, and this project represents our commitment to expanding our global presence in key growth areas,” said Robert Pagano Jr, president of ITT’s
