Bio-Rad Hall System Extended Capability The HL5570 and its PC-compatible equivalent, the HL5570PC, further extend the capabilities of the Bio-Rad HL5500 and HL5500PC Hall effect measurement systems. The wafer mapping stage, can make resistivity maps of unpatterned compound semiconductor and silicon wafers. On patterned epiwafers and ion implanted layers, resistivity, carrier concentration and mobility maps may be obtained. Wafers from 50 to 150 mm in diameter may be accommodated.
