Dr. Fruen has been involved in both medical school admissions and the construction of applicant assessment measures. At the University of Toronto Medical School she worked with the Admissions Committee in establishing selection policies and procedures. Subsequently she worked on New Medical College Admission Test development and other means of applicant assessment for the Association of American Medical Colleges. Louis R. Gary is a Visiting Professor of Urban Planning at Hunter College of the City University of New York. Herbert H. Hyman, Ph.D., is a Professor of Social and Health Planning at Hunter College of the City University of New York.

Marshall W. McLeod, Assistant Dean and Assistant Professor of Medical Education, Rockford School of Medicine, College of Medicine, University of Illinois at the Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Education degree from the University of Florida in 1969. He has also served as the school's Regional Coordinator for the Illinois Area Health Education System project since 1973. Previously he served as Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Administration, Appalachian State University of the University of North Carolina, and served as an administrative staff member of the Arkansas Board of Higher Education. Moshe Prywes, M.D., is Dean and Professor of the University Center for Health Sciences, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel. Allen D. Spiegel received his Ph.D. from the Heller School of Brandeis University. He is an Associate Professor of Preventive Medicine and Community Health. In public health since 1951, Dr. Spiegel's experiences include a wide range of activities in medical and health care services, comprehensive health planning, public health education and health and medical communications. In addition, Dr. Spiegel is a consultant on numerous health and welfare projects. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 articles, reports and books including Perspectives in Community Mental Health, Medicaid: Lessons for Natfonal Health Insurance,Basic Health Planning Methods and The Medicaid Experience. Two additional books will be published shortly; Curing and Caring and Medical Technology, Health Care and the Consumer.
