Flow ow rate was 0.8 m l / m i n throughout the procedure. The effects of long-term caloric oric restriction on the concentration of monoamines and their metabolites in the CN N o f male and female Fischer 344 rats are shown in Fig. 1-A. NE, DA, 5-HT andI H V A were significantly reduced in the calorically restricted groups.
