The Publisher regrets that the following text in the first complete sentence on page 11 of the above mentioned paper: ‘‘In summary, the evidence from the Colliers End outlier supports the hypothesis that the local pebble bed containing concretions of Hertfordshire Puddingstone was silicified at the time of the PETM, shortly after the deposition of the hos Upper Upnor/Lower Reading pebble bed.’’ is incorrect. The sentence should read: ‘‘In summary, the evidence from the Colliers End outlier supports the hypothesis that the local pebble bed containing concretions of Hertfordshire Puddingstone was silicified at the time of the PETM, shortly after the deposition of the host Upper Upnor/Lower Reading pebble bed.’’ The Publisher apologises for any inconvenience caused.
