It was discovered that the original online version of the above article contained the authors name incorrectly but that were not the fault of the author(s). Unfortunately the discovery of the errors was too late to correct the printed issue. The correct names are Nele Dewaele, Ellen Demurie, Petra Warreyn, Herbert Roeyers.
