The filth Frontiers in Carbohydrate Research conference will be held on May 21-22, 1996 at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. The conference is sponsored by the Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research. Frontiers in Carbohydrate Research ~ 5 will focus on developments in fundamental understandings of structure-function relationships in polysaccharides that could lead to new or improved practical applications. The thcuity of the Whistler Center and other leaders and innovators in practical carbohydrate research from North America, Europe, and Japan will present research findings. Contributed poster presentations are invited.
