Due t o its density it has very low leakage rates a n d due to the high graphite cont e n t a high resistance to a great n u m b e r of media. The surfaces are m i r r o r - s m o o t h resulting in p r o p e r s e a l i n g e v e n a t low loads. In addition, the graphite ens u r e s t h a t Novatec P r e m i u m c a n be u s e d a t c o n t i n u o u s t e m p e r a t u r e s of 250°C.
