Greenkote expands European licensee network Greenkote Plc has added Germany-based Impreglon AG to its European licencee network. Impreglon secured from Greenkote Plc, UK the licence and manufacturing rights for an additional eco-friendly coating process to supplement its own coatings portfolio. Greenkote’s zinc thermo diffusion process (ZTD) does not release any emissions into the environment. The technology provides corrosion protection to metal surfaces. Pursuant to the licence agreement, Greenkote will transfer the process coating systems and certain patent-protected technologies to Impreglon Ungarn Hft in Hungary. Impreglon will continue catering to Greenkote customers from this location, while at the same time extending coating services provision in selected areas in Germany.
