Wo used high frequenoy eleotrlcal knife (EPEK) via flbrobroahoscopy to treat 20 patients with malignant large airway obstruction due to squamous and oystic adenoid oaroinoma, and 22 patients with benign large airway obstruction due to inflammatory granuloma, endobronchial tuberculosis, bronchial polys, tubercular granuloma and tracheal amyloidosis.
