CALL FOR PAPERS International Association of Maritime Economists 1997 International Conference 22-23 September 1997 London, United Kingdom The Department of Shipping, Trade and Finance, City University Business School, London, is organising the 1997 International Association of Maritime Economists conference. Members and friends of the IAME are invited to participate in this refereed conference. Papers are invited on any topic related to maritime economics and policy. We encourage-in addition to university faculty members - managers, policy makers, advisors and consultants to contribute their work to this event or to participate as attendees. Participation fee is &40 for members and &50 for non members. Information regarding accommodation may be obtained from MS G. M. Parish at the address below.

A set of papers presented in the conference may be selected and published in a book edited by Professors R. Goss and C. Th. Grammenos. The first page of submitted papers should contain the title, name of the author(s), complete address, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses. If there are multiple authors, please indicate who would be attending, who would present the paper and who would be willing to serve as a discussant.
