Trieste Semiconductor Symposium: Amorphous Semiconductor Physics and Applications, Trieste, Italy. Under the Sponsorship of the Comittee for Joint IUPAP—UNESCO Semiconductor Activities at Trieste, The Symposium will present a state-of-the-art view of amorphous semiconductor physics and device potential. Wiule amorphous semiconductors m general will be covered, the emphasis wifi be on amorphous silicon because of the extensive current interest stimulated by hopes for photovoltaic and other device applications.
