The list should be placed on the inside cover of the third edition for your convenience and reference. For those who purchased this book between the dates identified and who haven’t yet received the sticker, please contact Customer Service at the Kendall Hunt Publishing Company at (800) 228-0810. The errata and supplement information may also be downloaded from AWHONN’s Web site at www.awhonn.org/fhmpp by clicking on FHMPP Third Edition A supplement to the first printing of the textbook will also be enclosed that provides new information about fetal pulse oximetry technology released following completion of the first printing of the third edition.
