Requests Port and Riparian Health Authorities in England and Wales to complete and return Form Port (F.1.1938) (estimated expenditure on port health administration and medical inspection of aliens during the year ending March 31st, 1938) and Form Port (F.2) (balance of grant in respect of the year ended March 31st, 1938). To Local Supervising Authorities under the Midwives Acts enclosing a copy of Memorandum 211 M.C.W. which sets out the conditions under which grants from the Exchequer will in future be paid in respect of midwifery training.
