Lighter moments at the 1965 annual meeting included the presentation of a bouquet of roses to Women's Auxiliary President Mrs. Lloyd M. Parks by Toastmaster Robert A. Hardt at the annual banquet (upper left); and the Women's Auxiliary annual brunch (upper right) in the beautiful ballroom of the SheratonCadillac Hotel. Seated (left to right) at one of the tables at the Monday noon ladies luncheon are local arrangement women's committee co-chairmen, Mrs. Martin Barr and Mrs. Asher Smith, together with Mrs. Morris Rogoff, co-chairman of the subcommittee on the Women's Auxiliary brunch. Featured entertainment, sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company, was Gale Gill (right) who with partner Dale Otto presented "Four Faces of Musical Theater." Below can be seen the famous Varsity Glee Club of Purdue University which, under the capable direction of Albert P. Stewart, presented an enjoyable concert Sunday evening, March 28, preceding the opening session. The Purdue Glee Club and the Monday evening concert by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra were co-sponsored by Parke, Davis and Company and the Upjohn Company.
