Abstract available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26477499 Editorial Comment: Is psychological stress bad for sperm? In more than 1,000 men these authors observed diminishing bulk seminal parameters with increasing stress as measured by a questionnaire with specific stress questions and more general questions on lifestyle and health. The next question, of course, is whether stress reduction improves reproduction in men with sperm negatively affected by psychological stress. For now when men ask about stress and sperm, physicians can answer that they may well be related. Craig Niederberger, MD
