Recent Books for greater efficiency in the public sectors arose. This concern determined the scientific work of the 38th IIPF Congress. The program was divided into problems of demand, supply, and financing. The public sector is considered as an institution whose main fimction is to satisfy individual needs. The Editor’s main objective is to design a program which would shed light on the whole range of efficiency research in public finance and on the problems and deficiencies related to demand, supply, and finance in the public sector.
