Proceedings of a Special General Meeting of the Society held at 11, Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London, on Thursday, 19th May, 1927, at 8.15 p.m. Dr. ANDREW BALFOUR, C.B., C.M.G., President, in the Chair.
The President intimated that this Special General Meeting was for the purpose of discussing, if need be, the revision in the Laws and of approving the revised Laws. A notice had appeared in the TRANSACTIONSand a copy of the Laws, as revised by the Council, had been posted in the Society's rooms in accordance with the Laws. It was open to anyone who had studied this revision to express his opinion upon it.
The Laws as presented were approved unanimously without discussion.
