Roundness measurement
This G80 Microvector installed at British Rail's Derby Loco Works is the largest of its kind in the UK. Running on two independently supported granite rails, each weighing 30 t, the bridge type machine rests on a cushion of air which gives about 10 #m clearance. The air used to 'float' the machine is
