Should Cesarean Scar Defect Be Treated Laparoscopically? A Case Report and Review of the Literature To the Editor: We would like to congratulate Api and colleagues for their timely review in the November-December 2015 issue of JMIG [1]. Since 2003, we have been repairing cesarean section defects laparoscopically in patients desiring fertility [2]. The addition of this reference further strengthens the authors’ conclusion. We agree that laparoscopic repair is the most appropriate treatment of cesarean scar defects in women desiring future fertility. Congratulations again.
