Journal of the AMERICAN PHARMACEUTICAL ASSOCIATION

The Texas Druggist, official publication of the Texas Pharmaceutical Association, provided this welcome to the 1936 APhA Dallas annual meeting on its cover (left). Editor Walter D. Adams of Forney, Texas, served as secretary of the local arrangements committee and B.B. Brown, honorary chairman of the 1966 APhA Dallas annual meeting, served as a member of the local arrangements committee 30 years ago. The Adolphus Hotel was the headquarters for the 1936 meeting and the new Adolphus serves as one of the official hotels for the 1966 annual meeting.
