The fourth in a biennial series, this conference will deal with the following topics: Cells and Secretions, Prostaglandins and Cyclic Nucleotides, Immunology, Development and Differentiation, Binding Proteins and Steroid Antagonists, Cells in Culture, Enzymes and Protein Structure, Hormonal Regulation, and Blastocyst Development. The complete program will be published in Science. The cost of registration and residence is US $ 200.00. Application forms should be requested from Dr. A. Cruickshank, Gordon Research Conferences, Pastore Chemical Laboratory, University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI 02881 (U.S.A.). 8 grants-inaid of US $ 100.00 each are available for graduate students or first-year postdoctoral fellows. Applications for a grant-in-aid, in the form of a letter stating the reasons for wishing to attend the conference and accompanied by a letter of support from the thesis advisor or supervisor, should be sent to the chairman of the conference, Dr. D.W.
