29th International Geological Congress Kyoto, Japan, 24 August-3 September 1992 The 29th IGC is being organized by a volunteer committee at the Geological Survey of Japan. The First Circular was published in early April, and was then surface-mailed to more than 6000 individuals who registered for the 28th IGC-Washington and 3500 earth science organizations. Those who need the Circular should write to IGC-92 Office, PO Box 65, Tsukuba. 305, Japan. The preliminary Questionnaire in the Circular is to be returned by approximately 15 July 1990.
