A correction formula for coincidence counting

ERRATA L. Confalonieri, R. Crippa and M. Milazzo “An experimental approach to the analysis of binary alloys by the Rayleigh-Compton backscatter ratio method”, Applied Radiation and Isotopes Vol. 38, No. 2, pp. 139-142 (1987). Although the authors believed this paper to be adequately referenced, they unfortunately omitted to refer to the earlier work by H. P. Schatzler in this journal (Vol. 30, No. 2, pp. 115-121, 1979). They therefore apologise for this omission and wish to recognize the significant contribution of Dr Schatzler.
