In our recent paper, the references to the articles by Davison et al. [J. Davison, N. Chevalier and F. Brunel: Bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase-controlled specific gene expression in Pseudomonas. Gene 83 (1989) 371-3751 and Giordano et al. [T.J. Giordano, U. Deuschle, H. Bujard and W.T. McAllister: Regulation of coliphage T3 and T7 RNA polymerases by the Zuc repressor-operator system. Gene 84 (1989) 209-2191 were inadvertently left out of the reference list on page 41.
