Visual Case Disscussion This is a 61-year-old female with a history of migraines (Fig.) who presents with complaints of a right sided temporal headache that feels similar to her prior migraines but “worse.” The patient was noted to be hypertensive, but the remainder of the vital signs were normal. The patient appeared uncomfortable and was sitting still in bed with the lights off and her eyes closed. Physical examination was significant for photophobia and discomfort with movement of her head, but was otherwise unremarkable. A CT scan was performed. Appendix.
