2016 ADA HOUSE OF DELEGATES SCHEDULE REGISTRATION For the convenience of those who attend meetings of the House of Delegates and have not registered in advance on ADA.org/meeting, special registration facilities are available onsite at the Delegate Registration desk. Delegates, alternate delegates, officers, and members of the Board of Trustees; chairs and members of councils and commissions; and officers, executive directors, and staff of constituent and component societies can register onsite for the meeting when picking up their meeting materials. The onsite registration fee will apply. Those eligible for special registration also may register their spouses and other members of their families. Former presidents, former trustees, former officers, the representatives from the American Hospital Association and American Medical Association, and honorary members may also register at Delegate Registration. If registration for the meeting is completed in advance (by 5 PM Central Time on Friday, September 16), registration materials (name badges, badge holders, and tickets) will be mailed before the annual session. Otherwise, these materials must be picked up onsite. The location of Delegate Registration will alternate between the Hyatt Regency Denver, Level 3, Centennial Foyer, and the Colorado Convention Center, Four Seasons Ballroom Foyer.
