AEA Membership and Recruitment Committee The AEA Membership and Recruitment Committee has been very active this year. Our 1986goals are close to being met: • A mail campaign with invitations to join AEA reached 10,000 individuals and nearly 300 new memberships resulted. A second campaign is currently underway. • A poster was designed and posted by AEA membership representatives in a large range of areas in the United States. The poster will be sent to universities with training programs in evaluation this fall. • A membership directory will be available to all members this fall.

All AEA members are encouraged to become representatives of AEA. A representative receives brochures to distribute among colleagues, posters to display at work of conferences, and a newsletter describing committee activities.
