Aussie expands into hard rock pumping
Thompsons Kelly Sr Lewis recently acquired the manufacturing and marketing rights of a high efficiency slurry pump from ANI Bradken in Australia. Renamed the Titan Slurry pump to fall into line with the TKL family of pumping equip ment, the unit can handle most existing slurry pump duties with less shaft power. Due to the Titan’s cleaner internal flow patterns and 27% chrome iron liners (rubber is optional) it can reduce wear rates for the user, a major saving for pump operators in the quarry industry. The Titan slurry pumps are designed for the mineral processing industry for transporting slurry with solid concentrations up to SO%.They are equally happy in the quarrying business pumping screen wash water or tails. The present range includes pumps with capacities from 50 to 1000 ms/h with solids size up to 50 mm.
