Announcing ‘‘Focused Review Articles’’ The Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry will now accept focused review articles to be considered for publication in the journal. Focused Reviews are concise summaries of research progress covering either (a) tightly defined research topics pertaining to the results from several labs written by an expert in the subject matter, or (b) specific aspects of the research from a single lab written by the senior researcher from that lab. By limiting the scope of the review, the assembly of material for the manuscript should be greatly facilitated while the quality of coverage is maintained at a high level. Consistent with the narrow focus of the topic, focused reviews are expected to be relatively short and to-the-point. John H. Dawson Editor-in-Chief
