ANNUAL MEETING. The Annual Report of the Council and the Treasurer's Report and Statement of Accounts were duly presented at the Meeting, and received and adopted. These will be printed in the forthcoming issue of the Year Book. The result of the ballot for the offices of President and VicePresident and for the Council, for the ensuing two years, was then declared as follows :-President

A paper by the late Dr. R. M. C. LINNELL, " On Malaria on Rubber Estates," was then read.
