Pergamon Press plc is pleased to announce the award annually of a cash prize of US%1000 for the best paper published in Polyhedron. The award will be made to the authors of the original research paper (not including Polyhedron Reports) judged to be the best on the basis of scientific originality, significance, clarity and style of presentation. Members of the Editorial Board will each be invited to nominate two papers for the award and the tinal selection will be made by an anonymous committee appointed by the Editors who themselves will not be eligible for the award. The recipient of the 1989 award will be notified in a later issue. The award for this year’s volume will be announced in 1991. The recipients of the yearly award: 1987 A. J. SCIOLY, M. L.
