AOD Pumps with PVDF body parts Price Pump has added PVDF as one of the material options on their range of air operated diaphragm (AOD) pumps. At present, the range is only aluminium, available with stainless steel, cast iron or polypropylene bodies. The PVDF models will be able to handle flow rates of up to 35 m?hr, at a maximum head of 70m. The AOD pump range has a stall-free design and the manufacturers claim that the air valve has fewer parts than any rival pump on the market ensuring easy operation and low-cost maintenance. The pumps are self-priming, can operate against a closed discharge and run dry without damage. A wide variety of material options for the diaphragm is on offer, including Viton, Nordel, Teflon and Santoprene to name a few. USE THE ENQUIRY SERVICE @ www.worldpumps.com - RES No.208
