Educating users has to be an important part of c u s t o m e r service. Every p u m p user is interested in improving reliability and efficiency, and will appreciate any help in achieving those aims. The goal of improving energy efficiency will be made a little easier by a n e w training video w h i c h is being published by the Hydraulic Institute. Produced in partnership with the US G o v e r n m e n t D e p a r t m e n t of Energy's Motor Challenge Program, the video is a c c o m p a n i e d by a w o r k b o o k , enabling the s t u d e n t to w o r k t h r o u g h a s u c c e s s i o n of examples illustrating the savings that can be achieved in p u m p energy costs.
