Other Whites are whiter, colours are brighter with Celluclean Novozymes has launched Celluclean, a cellulase for washing detergents. The firm claims that Celluclean makes whites whiter, coloured clothes brighter and helps striped clothes look like new. Celluclean removes bristly cellulose microfibrils, which are caused by the wash and wear of cotton fabric. The microfibrils can trap soil particles during the wash. Celluclean only acts on damaged microfibrils. The product also removes beta-glucan stains caused by oat-based food products.
