refurbished -the existing liltration equipment was obsolete and spare parts were beccming hard to fmd. This entails replacing the heavy fuel oil filtration system that controls the qualiw of oil flowing from the central fuel tanks to the boilers, with Vi fully automatic self-cleaning filters supplied by Airpel Filtration.
