oped infiltrative plaques on the trunk and limbs and tumorous lesion on the right cheeck as well as bullous lesions on the skin. The diagnose of inliltrative plaques was verified by histologically and immunohistochemically methods as mycosis fungoides. The diagnose of bullous lesions on the skin was histologically established as bullous pemphigoid. This case is a very rare example of malignant lymphoma typus mycosis fungoides associated with bullous pemphigoid as a paraneoblastic syndrom. The patient was treated with combined therapy of prednisolon and retinoids (etretinate) and he responded well. Infiltrative plaques and bullae dissapeared; only tumorous infltrate on the right cheeck persists.

Recently, a number of skin diseases of presumably genetically determined origin and obscure pathogenesis are connected etiologically with a contact. The substance in some cases is proven to be a contact sensitizer. We report three cases of granuloma anulare, pemphigoid and pemphigus respectively, whose appearance seems to be triggered by the contact dermatitis in a non-specific way. Granuloma anulare developed following allergic contact dermatitis to nickel. The appearance of pemphigoid was triggered by a contact with Balsam of Peru containing antiscabiel remedy. Pemphigus vulgaris appeared in the oral mucous membrane after a contact dermatitis produced by a cinnamic aldehyde containing toothpaste.
C Rio Hortega,
Recurrente and persistent erythema multiforme are associated with viral infection. ?\No cases of erythema multiforme (acute and persistent) have been described as clinical manifestation of hepatitis C virus infection. We present two new possible additional cases of erythema multiforme (EM) associated with hepatitis C. References [I]

Burn-induced bullous pemphigoid I P87 D. Serafmova, A. Dourmishev, S. Vassileva, E. Bardarov. Department of Dermatology, Uaiversiry of Medicine, Sofa, Bcrlgaria Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune disease characterized with production of autoantibodies against chemidesmozomes, resulting in bullae formation. It is very rarely induced by systemic medication or physical agents. We describe a 7 I year-old woman with widespread pruritic vesiculo-bullous eruption, appeared at the site of a termal burn. Six months ago the patient had a second degree termal burn on the right forearm which healed spontaneously. A subepidermal blister was found on routine histology. Direct IF testing revealed linear deposits of IgG and C3 along the basement membrane zone. Additional laboratory tests was unremarkable except for blood eosinophilia

A 35year-old non-atopic mechanic in a rye crisp bread factory developed urticaria on his wrists, lower arms, hands, neck and face, as well as rhinitis, conjunctivitis and asthmatic symptoms, in the maintenance and repair of machines which were contaminated by flour. This flour had been in and on the machines for a long time, and it contained small beetles. The patient did not get any symptoms from handling fresh, clean flours. Skin prick tests with standard enviromental allergens, storage mites, enzymes, flours and molds were negative. A prick test with flour from the machines gave a IO mm reaction. An open application of the flour caused urticarial whealing on the exposed skin. A prick test with fresh Rour from the factory was negative. A prick test with Tribolium coaf~won (confused flour beetle), from the flour in the machines, gave a 7 mm reaction. Histamine hydrochloride IO mglml gave a 7 mm reaction. Prick tests with the flour from the machines were negative in five control patients. It was concluded that the patient had occupational contact urticaria from Tribolirrm confkww.
