Delegates are to register with the Credentials Committee as follows: Monday, September 15, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm AAOMS Registration Area, Lobby, Level 4, Washington State Convention & Trade Center

AAOMS Board of Trustees' Open Forum for Fellows/ Members (Convention Center)
Delegates must register in order to receive the delegate folders which contain the session admittance cards. No delegate will be admitted to the floor of the House without proper credentials. Because of limited time prior to the first session, delegates are urged to register in the Registration Area between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm on Monday and 8:00am and 10:15 am on Tuesday. Alternates may request a delegate's portfolio from the Credentials Committee. Asection has been reserved for alternates in the rear of the ballroom in which the House convenes. Breakfast and lunch cash and carry carts will be available near where the business sessions are convened.

Business Session Ill (optional) Delegates and alternates are obligated to attend the caucus sessions, but only delegates shall have voting privileges. Districts that require additional caucuses or that wish to cancel one of the above scheduled caucuses must contact AAOMS headquarters.

All fellows and members are urged to attend the hearings and take an active part in the business affairs of the association.
