at least one candidate residing in each of the countries not included in the current BoD and having more than fifteen individual members

one ore more candidates residing in those countries, with the less than fifteen individual members and not included in the current EIoD, in order to obtain a representativeness for large areas.
The election shall be held by mail ballot among all ERS members under the direction of the Election Committee. The elections will be held every two years. The elected BD members shall consist of the five candidates, that arz in the majority and not belonging to the countries represented in the current BoD. The candidate with the highest number of votes will act as Chairman-EL%. New members will take place during the subsequent COMPSTAT meeting.
