Wiwanitkit [2]. In fact, the concept on possibility of cardiovascular problem in Zika virus infection is proposed based on the observation on other arboviral infections, especially for dengue. However, comparing to dengue, Zika virus infection has less clinical symptoms. Most cases are asymptomatic [3] and the follow-up on either short term or long term cardiac complication should be very hard.
