CCA Young Investigator Award Elsevier Science Publishers have established an annual scientific award for young investigator in the field of clinical biochemist. The award will be presented for the best original article submitted to the journal Clinica Chimica Actu (CCA).
Award The winner will receive: - Designation as the recipient of the Elsevier Science Publishers International CCA Young Investigator Award - A monetary award to the value of US$2,000.
Eligibility Persons eligible are either post-graduate (pre-doctoral) or post-doctorate (up to five years) researchers.
Application Procedure The applicant should submit: - An original manuscript of a study within the Aims and Scope of CCA, in which the applicant is the primary investigator and the first author of the article. The manuscript should conform to the style and format of CCA. - A current curriculum vitae along with a covering letter to indicate the manuscript is to be included in the competition. - A covering letter from the Head of dep~tment or project leader con~~ing the applicant is the primary investigator.

- All application material should be submitted to one of the Editors-in-Chief. All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by members of the Editorial Board, and those that have been judgedmeritorious will be published in CCA. Of those manusc~pts publish~, an international panel of judges, consisting of M. Werner (Editor-in-Chief), I.W. Percy-Robb (Editor-in-Chief), D. At-van, IL Miyai and G. Siest will select the most outs~nding papers. The final selection of the award-winning manuscript will be made by the two Editors-in-Chief. Copyright of all submitted manuscripts will rest with Elsevier Science Publishers.
