CE Registry Unless noted, the following courses are not sponsored by the AAE. This list of CE courses is compiled as a service to AAE members and Journal subscribers. A notice for the CE Registry must be submitted on the form provided by the AAE by the 10th of the month, two months before the desired month of publication. The fee for course listings per month (issue) is $100 per listing. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Make checks payable to the American Association of Endodontists. Notices without prepayment cannot be
