ANNOUNCEMENT CHALMERS MEDAL. Nominations for the Chalmers Medal, 1933, should reach the Secretaries not later than 28th February. Any Fellow is entitled to make a nomination. T h e Medal is bestowed in recognition of research of outstanding merit contributing to our knowledge of Tropical Medicine or Tropical Hygiene. Only those under forty-five on 1st June, 1933, are eligible, but there is no restriction as regards nationality, sex or profession, nor as to the period during which the research was conducted.

NOTICE TO FELLOWS. Fellows are requested to give early intimation of any change of address, and in case of non-delivery of their TRANSACTIONSto communicate with the Secretaries immediately, as a copy of each n u m b e r is issued to every Fellow whose subscription is not in arrears. W h e n copies of the TRANSACTIONS are returned by the Post Office marked " Gone away " or " Insufficient address," no more copies will be posted to that address until further instructions have been received. According to Law 29, TRANSACTIONS are not posted to any Fellow whose subscription has not been paid by June in the year following that in which it became due. T h e name of+the Fellow is, however, retained on the Roll for one more year, and if, during that period, arrears are paid in full, all numbers of the TRANSACTIONS which have been withheld will be forwarded.
