CHINA ORDNANCE SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF APPLIED
MECHANICS
Beijing, China 21 25 August 1989
The International Congress of Applied Mechanics, sponsored by the China Ordnance Society, will be held in Beijing, China, on the above dates. It will cover the following fields: general mechanics, solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, experimental mechanics, computational mechanics, mechanics of explosion and penetration, launching mechanics, terrestrial mechanics, biomechanics etc. More detailed announcements of plans and arrangements for ICA M will be issued before the end of May, 1988. Participants who wish to contribute papers are asked to submit the summaries in detail (297 x 210 mm, four pages in English for each paper summary, including the author's name and address) to the following address before 31 December 1988.
