Supplemental Figure I. CHK1 cleavage in a p53 deficient cell line, HeLaS3 cells. Proteins from HeLaS3 cells treated with DMSO, 100 μM Etp, or 100 μM Etp and 100 μM z-VAD-fmk for 36 h were subjected to Western blotting using antibodies against the C-terminus (clone EP691Y) of CHK1. FL indicates Full Length CHK1; C1, C2 and C3 indicate C-terminus products; N1, N2 and N3 indicate N-terminus products. The asterisk indicates a non-specific band.
