The following citations were electronically extracted from five databases: COMPENDEX, NTIS, DOE ENERGY, INSPEC and Books in Print. The search strategy uses specific keywords for each database, and resulted in nearly 900 records from papers, books, and reports published in 1991, 1992 and 1993. The total bibliography was then manually reduced to the 92 entries that appear in the cross-referenced index found below. The ASPE is anxious to provide the most useful information to its membership. If you have suggestions for improving future citation searches, we encourage you to contact Dr. Irving F. Stowers, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, PO Box 808, M/S L-644, Livermore, CA 94551-9900, (510) 422-7633, (510) 423-7914 FAX, Electronic Mail:
